I love shirts, collared boyfriend shirts, and I love shirt dresses equally. Although it has 'shirt' in it, still it looks so feminine. Shelly wore her dress with a waist coat. A blue on blue combination that pops out so well. The look is quite simple with a hint of drama, thanks to the waist coat.
